The plaintiff brought an action for breach of contract, specific performance and general damages. It was held that the defendant was liable for damages and the plaintiff was entitled to the one hundred million naira gain made by the defendant from the sale to uyebi gbubemi.

Its so funny when sometimes you think you have gotten it all right then all of a sudden every thing you have worked so hard for start falling apart. This was my story fews days ago.
